I am sharing my morning smoothie recipe with you to help you become the happier you, the stronger you, and rebuild the beautiful life you deserve:
- 2 bananas,
- a bit of fresh aloe vera if you have (learn how to use aloe vera on this video),
- water or vegan milk,
- a generous table spoon of raw chocolate (mine comes from Raw Living),
- beautiful fresh mint leaves,
- a table spoon of barley grass,
- a tea spoon of eleuthero powder to invigorate our blood (Eleuthero Extract Powder (50g) – Jing Herbs from RawLiving),
- a table spoon of homemade coconut yoghurt (learn how to make coconut yoghurt with me), and
- lots of gratitude for a bright new day.
