Today, let’s use carob powder instead of raw cacao. Carob is rich is calcium while raw chocolate is rich in magnesium so both are great. This recipe is as original as it is delicious:
- 2 bananas,
- some thin pumpkin slices,
- rosemary leaves,
- 1 table spoon of coconut yoghurt if you have (it is optional),
- 1 or 2 table spoons of carob power (raw carob powder is on Raw Living),
- water or vegan milk, and most of all
- lots of gratitude.
