How to recognize if we are being manipulated? Negotiation techniques and #manipulation - Claire Samuel

When the negotiation techniques classes I attended at law school help me to identify manipulation. Thus, “hard” negotiation is very similar to a manipulator’s behavior. On the opposite, reasonable negotiation takes into account the interests of all the parties, to reach a win-win agreement. May we learn how to recognize manipulation and surround ourselves with people who, while pursuing their interests, will take ours into consideration.
