First, I follow Markus Rothkranz’ great advice, which is to not eat after 5pm. Second, I learned a lot thanks to Teal Swan’s video about how to cure insomnia. When nothing works, I focus on the air filling my nostrils. I aim to notice the cool air coming in and the warm air coming out.
