Enfin mon amie ma soeur, un bon bain chaud détend le dos et fait du bien 🙂 On peut y ajouter du sel de mer. . Walking miles and miles while carrying a heavy load (vegetables from the market) hurt my #back . If yoga helped me this is because I have been #practicing regularly for over 13 years now. . Neuf ans après la naissance de mon second #bébé , j’ai enfin le temps de travailler sur le renforcement de mon #ventre 🤗 . Ma première astuce est de suivre les conseils de @katemagic en faisant des #lavements et des #irrigations du #colon . Si tu lis l’anglais, son #livre s’intitule The empowered woman. Something that never changed is the emphasis on #internalcleaning of the #intestines . In her last and #greatbook #Theempoweredwoman, she writes that she does “two #enemas a month and four #colonics a year“. . This is indeed my first useful tip for an almost (because we are not perfect) #flatbelly : enemas and colonics. . My second tip is to work on my #core . #YogaWithAdriene @adrienelouise has been so helpful in this regard. . For instance, the “Core Strength Ritual – Yoga With Adriene” is amazingly effective. . After two #children , getting some #abs back is so gratifying. . It is never too late. . My second “ #baby ” is now 9 years old! . Comme d’habitude, mes enfants m’apprennent tellement de choses sur la vie. . Mon #fils a 9 ans et ma #fille 12 ans. . Bien entendu, je fais du mieux possible pour leur #enseigner tout ce que je sais. . Etre une maman m’apporte tellement d’ #humilité et d’ #instantsdegrâce . J’adore mes enfants. . J’admire mes enfants. . Ils m’ont rappelé que : . 1. Si ce que j’espérais n’est pas arrivé, cela signifie que cela ne devait pas arriver. Je dois faire #confiance à la vie. . 2. En tant que maman, j’ai un #pouvoirpersonnel et une #responsabilité , une capacité à répondre aux aléas de la vie. Je ne dois pas les faire culpabiliser lorsque je suis triste. . As always, my #kids are #teaching me so much. . My #son is 9 and my #daughter 12 years old. . Of course I do my best to #teach them what I know. . Nevertheless, #motherhood brings so much #humility and #awe in me. Not only do I love them but I also #admire my children. . They told me: . 1. If it did not happen, it was not meant to happen, trust the #processoflife mum. . 2. I, as a #mum , have #personalpower and #responsibility so I want to avoid making my children feel guilty when I am sad. .
