How to take care of our #heart ? Claire Samuel

My heart was really put to the test. I remember a day when I thought I was going to have a heart attack because my chest was so tight. The children have always been fighting together almost 80% of the time. When they attended the same school, I even received notes from the headmaster saying my children has been fighting in the playground. I feel like I was crumbling under the screams and violent fights between the children (first the insults, then kicking each other), under the constant task of playing the role of the police officer to end their fights, and consequently having no time left for other things, under the pressure of going back to college and working while feeling physically exhausted. I really thought I was going to need to go to the hospital. I could not even speak properly. My mouth was a mix of tears and screams.

Thanks to my burnout, I rebuilt my life for a second time (the first time was after escaping abuse). I used self-care and healthy living.

I choose to go back to my heart and to take care of my heart. I learn to listen to my intuition.
