How to use fresh seaweed? #dulse

Rinse under fresh water. Add to a salad. Forget the salt in the dressing. Enjoy these beautiful minerals.

Un de mes #rêves se réalise : j’ai un #aloévera chez moi, dans ma cuisine. . De temps à autre, je coupe une feuille pour ajouter la pulpe à des #smoothies ou sur ma #peau 🌼🌸 . La pulpe est translucide. . L’odeur n’est pas très agréable mais l’ #aloevera est tellement efficace qu’on oublie ce détail 🙂 .
