Abundance salad #raw vegan recipe

May you and me be surrounded by beautiful abundance while eating this amazing raw vegan salad. Cut into small bites and mix together:

  • Juice and pulp of one grapefruit and two oranges for the dressing
  • Garlic
  • Two tablespoons of cultured vegetables: I used fermented celery
  • Fresh turnips
  • Turmeric
  • Dulse fresh seaweed
  • Cilantro
  • Sprouts
  • One head of lettuce
  • One avocado
  • Broccoli
  • A few spinach leaves
  • Half a green apple
  • Fennel finely sliced
  • Two endives
  • Fresh coconut meat
  • Spring onions
  • One tablespoon of raw cacao nibs from RawLiving

This abundant salad looks big but I do intermittent fasting: I eat one meal a day.
