Keeping a diary means we can go back and see how far we come. Writing a diary is such a nice tool for self-growth. I was both sad, to see how trapped I was in bulimia when I was 20, and happy to feel how grateful I am today for my life. The books of Geneen Roth really helped me with bulima and they are actually how I started my personal diary.
