Dressing ingredients:

1 lime
2 oranges
Olive oil
Celtic sea salt
Apple cider vinegar

Protein salad ingredients:

1 head of lettuce
Cilantro
Chives
1 mango diced
2 endives
Sprouted sunflower seeds – or soaked for a few hours
Broad beans marinated for a night into olive oil, apple cider vinegar and sea salt
Wild herbs like dandelion
