Step 1: cut nice thin slices of zucchinis/courgettes and lay them beautifully on a plate
Step 2: add coarse sea salt, 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and 2 tablespoons of olive oil and let it marinate for a night
Step 3 : the following day the slices will be so soft and delicious. I cannot get enough of them and zucchinis are in season at the moment. Let’s enjoy them sister!
