Take care of your sleep and your adrenals #selfcare

Book review about #minimalism getting rid of clutter and going back to what matters

The first time I was able to sleep as long as I needed happened in terrible circumstances.

I had just given birth to my son, prematurely, in one of the worst hospital of the country.

My daughter was at home and I missed her tremendously. My son was not allowed to leave the intensive care unit. It broke my heart to be far from him while he was having tubes everywhere.

However, after years of sleep deprivation, the truth is I was relieved. I welcomed the possibility to sleep by myself in a bed for as long as I wanted and without interruption.

My friend, my sister, please take care of your sleep now, before it turns into drama.
