Add in a glass jar:
- diced zucchinis
- sliced onions
- garlic if you fancy it
- a few drops of apple cider vinegar
- lots of olive oil and
- quarter teaspoon of probiotics in powder form (mine come from Raw Living).
Let it marinate for a night in the fridge, then enjoy! So fresh and summery. The marinade makes the courgettes so soft and creamy.
