How did I get an almost flat belly? 2 useful tips

Do you know the amazing woman named Kate Magic? I follow what she is putting out into the world for more than 10 years now. Something that never changed is the emphasis on internal cleaning of the intestines. In her last and great book The empowered woman, she writes that she does “two enemas a month and four colonics a year“. This is indeed my first useful tip for an almost (because we are not perfect) flat belly: enemas and colonics.

My second tip is to work on my core. Yoga With Adriene has been so helpful in this regard. For instance, the “Core Strength Ritual – Yoga With Adriene” is amazingly effective. After two children, getting some abs back is so gratifying. It is never too late. My second “baby” is now 9 years old!
