Of breaking things into pieces to get back #personalpower and #discernment

Whenever I feel completely overwhelmed, what saves me is to break things running in my head into little pieces. It is like untangling wool.

Had I known such a simple idea when I was 20 years old, I would have avoided getting on the slippery slope of suicidal thoughts.
