Soft and silky legs mean that the skin has not been damaged by shaving. I prefer waxing.
Then, our skin can be tremendously soften if we use a a piece of natural loofah under the shower. Fresh pure aloe vera and olive oil are my favorite choices when it comes to hydration of the legs.
Of course as always, beauty starts from the inside so may we take care of our thoughts and what food we put into our body.
The Big Sick is about a man who chooses to follow his heart instead of pleasing others.
The Big Sick is about a person who demonstrates that sometimes we can go against our parents’ opinion without having to cut ties and be at war. With humor and kindness, the two magical qualities.
I do not feel like talking about the past and the pain anymore.
So today I let it out of my system so I can live my life to the fullest. The pain of the past needs to be expressed before it can be released forever.

I am already so proud of her. The important thing for me is that my children are respectful and kind to others while taking good care of themselves.

Around five years ago, I decided to make a commitment to myself. I embraced the discipline of doing yoga every day. Before that, I used to run for 20 minutes every two days, whether it was freezing or hot outside.
Being committed to self-care does not have to be overwhelming. Even five minutes a day makes a big difference in the long run. I recommend yoga because it is gentle yet effective. I love Yoga With Adriene on YouTube.
I trust my children and try to say yes when I can but honestly, sometimes the right answer is simply no.
I feel so much healthier and happier since I took the plunge and moved south.
I am so grateful to be able to breathe at last. I used to spend days locked inside, working in an office 14 hours a day at some point.
Enjoying fresh and clean air, sunlight and being surrounded by nature makes a big difference.
My friend Justine from Blog d’une partageuse was sharing her project to move south so all I can say is “Go for it my friend my sister!”
