My friend my sister, as you know if you follow me, beauty starts from the inside in my humble opinion. With chia seeds, you get the opportunity to clean your GI tract because these tiny seeds swell when put into a liquid. They act like a gentle brush inside our body.

You can put them in a smoothie or in a salad if your dressing is generous enough, with lots of olive oil, lemon or orange juice and sea salt.

Around five years ago, I decided to make a commitment to myself. I embraced the discipline of doing yoga every day. Before that, I used to run for 20 minutes every two days, whether it was freezing or hot outside.

Being committed to self-care does not have to be overwhelming. Even five minutes a day makes a big difference in the long run. I recommend yoga because it is gentle yet effective. I love Yoga With Adriene on YouTube.

I feel so much healthier and happier since I took the plunge and moved south.

I am so grateful to be able to breathe at last. I used to spend days locked inside, working in an office 14 hours a day at some point.

Enjoying fresh and clean air, sunlight and being surrounded by nature makes a big difference.
