I mixed freshly ground sorghum with water to make it like a paste. I added a tiny bit of olive oil to make it creamy. Then I put half a teaspoon of probiotics powder. I let it sit on the kitchen counter for a night, in a glass jar with the lid tightly closed.
The following day, I ate it for my dessert with cacao nibs on top and dates. So yummy!
