I feel weird when people put their social status or their professional title forward, as if it was defining them.
Nonetheless, I must confess that I too was very proud when I got a lawyer diploma. I was as if I was someone at last… as if I had some worth at last.
But I learned that it really does not mean anything.
We are naturally equals my friend my sister. Having a diploma, a fancy job title or coming from a wealthy family does not mean that one person is better or worse than another. May we never get impress by that.
Be proud of who you are, whether you have diplomas or not. You are so worth it my friend my sister. Just because you are human. We are one big family and your value stems from being a human being.
