I dreamed of making home-made chocolate but the raw version! Thanks to the great Markus and Cara @markusandcara I tried their fantastic easy chocolate recipe called “HEALTHY CHOCOLATE & Marzipan Fast Easy and Simple“.

Here are the ingredients:

  • 1 cup of raw cacao powder
  • 1/4 cup of raw carob powder
  • 1/4 1/2 cup of cashew butter
  • 1/4 1/2 cup of coconut oil
  • a few drops of vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup (optional)

All you have to do is to mix all the ingredients together in a big bowl then pour the mix into little molds.

This recipe is so good! Thank you Markus and Cara!

I eat raw but never cold!

I take good care of putting out of the fridge the fruits and vegetables I am going to eat a few hours afterwards.

And I consume hot drinks too!

I love to mix half a teaspoon of the medicinal mushroom reishi with some dandelion blend (Yannoh in Europe), together with powders of turmeric, black pepper and ginger. After adding a bit of vegan milk, I mix a spoon of coconut oil in my hot drink.

Going to live at the other end of the world out of love? I almost did it twice in my life and I guess it would have made me very happy indeed.

However, may we always keep intact our values and what really matters in our life my friend my sister.

Love is wonderful but cannot justify everything.

Balance is key here, feeling good and safe, having our intuition at our side and not giving away all of our personal power to the other person in the name of love.

Two recipes easy and quick to take care of your intestines if they are a bit weak at the moment my friend my sister. The idea is simple: less fibers to help them repair.

The sweet smoothie is made of bananas, raw pumpkin (yes you can!), ginger, moringa powder, cinnamon and vanilla rice milk, but you can add any liquid you fancy. I also added a little bit of sea salt to enhance the sweetness of the recipe.

The raw soup is made of zucchinis, butternut squash, sea salt, a little rind of lemon with the skin on, turmeric, black pepper, ginger and water. Then I served the soup in a pretty bowl and topped it with soaked sunflower seeds and seaweed cut into little pieces (sea spaghetti, sea lettuce, wakame or kombu).
