Two recipes easy and quick to take care of your intestines if they are a bit weak at the moment my friend my sister. The idea is simple: less fibers to help them repair.
The sweet smoothie is made of bananas, raw pumpkin (yes you can!), ginger, moringa powder, cinnamon and vanilla rice milk, but you can add any liquid you fancy. I also added a little bit of sea salt to enhance the sweetness of the recipe.
The raw soup is made of zucchinis, butternut squash, sea salt, a little rind of lemon with the skin on, turmeric, black pepper, ginger and water. Then I served the soup in a pretty bowl and topped it with soaked sunflower seeds and seaweed cut into little pieces (sea spaghetti, sea lettuce, wakame or kombu).
