Alright, listen, I struggled to sprout seeds when I was living in Paris, France, because it is a wet and cold area. So I was getting mould.
Since I got the brilliant idea to move to a place where the sun is kind, first in Africa then in the South of France, I can sprout again! Honestly, you cannot fail at sprouting lentils my friend my sister.
Take three tablespoons of lentils and let them soak in water (not tap water) for the night. The next day, you can use a germinator. I don’t have any so my minimalist sprouting set is a glass jar and its lid, that I let half open of course.
Each morning and evening, I rinse my seeds/lentils. On the fourth day, I enjoy them. They are so good. Now it’s your turn to taste vitality and simplicity with the humble sprouted lentils my friend my sister!
