Let a few tablespoons of buckwheat soak in water for the night. I use a simple glass jar that I let on the kitchen counter.
The next day I use the lid to rinse the seeds. I rinse them twice a day at least. I left the lid open so the seeds get air and gently grow in the glass jar.
After 3 to 5 days, the sprouted buckwheat is ready to be eaten, either in a salad or as a topping on a smoothie.
