I started having a workout routine about 7 years ago.

First thing in the morning, I move my body. I am a big and loyal fan of Yoga With Adriene. I recently started adding a bit of fitness to my routine thanks to my daughter who discovered Pamela Reif.

Lastly, the rebounding practice is something I started about one year ago and I love it. I jump on the trampoline for 3 songs. It moves the lymph around, hence helps the body to get rid of toxins.

However, the most important thing about a workout routine is that it keeps your head right. Working out means positive mindset my friend my sister.
