This cake is yummy but the presentation is not that good. I guess I need to stop improvising cakes. Improvising salads and smoothies works for me, but cakes, no.
By the way, the crust is cacao nibs, dried figs and hazelnuts. The cream is blueberries, coconut oil, cinnamon and cashew nuts.
Next time, I’ll follow a recipe and I’ll try the seaweed agar-agar in my recipe.
