I tested the excellent lacto-fermentation recipe from Thierry Casasnovas (in French). It contains Chinese cabbage, pineapple, turmeric and ginger. Instead of adding salt and water, I used the filtered sea water that I buy from Biovie, a great online store where you have 5 euros off if you register with this link: https://clairesamuel.fr/biovie.
Even the kids liked these fermented vegetables. What a great idea to add pineapple. The juice itself is delicious. I learned from Thierry’s video that you can drink it too.
The goal of lacto-fermented recipes is to support the intestines thanks to the good bacteria that form with fermentation.
