1. Soak the tiger nuts one night one day and one night again to avoid damaging the blades of the blender.
2. Make tiger nuts yogurt by adding kefir grains, a date and any fruit you want. Then put 10 hours in the dehydrator or yogurt maker.
3. Make tiger nuts ice cream, such as tiger nuts with bananas and blueberry or pistachio nuts (suggestions from Corinne).
The benefits of tiger nuts? Their milk is delicious without being fatty at all. It’s great for you if you don’t like or cannot eat regular nuts.
Tiger nuts are alkaline (cashews are acidic and destroy the fingers of women who open them by hand). It’s full of potassium (even more than bananas!). Above all, the taste is amazingly good my friend my sister.
