The best summer salad is grated zucchinis, diced pineapple, diced fresh ginger, turmeric, basil leaves, 1 nice tablespoon of coconut oil, one lime or lemon juice, salt and pepper, a bit of onion and curry powder according to taste (I love a lot !).
Salt or tamari
Note that the first time I made it I used tamari instead of salt and it was so much better. But I have a deep love for tamari.
