If you have skin that can tan, exposing yourself to the sun regularly every day but for a short time (30 minutes) helps to take care of your skin. I go to the beach but never all day. I always wear a hat but never wear sunglasses. Whenever I feel that the sun’s rays are too intense, I put on long sleeves.
Vitamin D is made by the body thanks to the sun even when you are in the shade my friend my sister. For mild sunburns, aloe vera is refreshing for the skin. I don’t get sunburned because the hydration that raw fruits and vegetables provide is very deep, on a cellular level actually.
