Carob powder is so tasty and sweet that it can be used as a sweetener in some recipes my friend my sister. Why use carob? Because carob is super rich in calcium.
Carob is a good alternative for people who don’t like raw chocolate or can’t consume it because they drink coffee (and therefore already have enough caffeine).
Carob is found in many food supplements, for example Floradix, notably because it contains a lof of fibers that help transit.
My carob hazelnut delight is made of: a nice tablespoon of raw carob powder from Raw Living, bananas, rosemary, mint, ginger, hazelnuts soaked for a night.
