To celebrate fall, let’s create a simple salad of grated/shredded zucchini, turnips, apple, parsley and onion (I used an S-blade mixer) with a lime, tamari and coconut oil dressing.
Personally, I am really drawn to the sun and summer heat. Yet I am aware of the importance of the seasons my friend my sister. Fall season invites us to reconnect within, to reflect, to meditate. Slowly, we put our bodies in a slower motion for the upcoming winter. This period of focusing within is necessary in order to be ready to expand again in the spring.
