You know that celery is good for you. Celery juice is amazing and I love it too. However, to make celery juice, we use the stems, but not the leaves otherwise it would be undrinkable. So what to do with these large bushy leaves my friend my sister?
First, you can consume these leaves in a juice but with apples to sweeten it. I add lemon, ginger and turmeric.
Then, the celery leaves are delicious thinly sliced in a salad because they provide sodium and enhance the taste. No need to use extra salt afterwards.
Some people use celery leaves in the dehydrator. Reduced to powder, it can then be used as a condiment.
