I like to get my vitamins and minerals in their whole food form as much as possible my friend my sister. If I need zinc, I prefer to consume pumpkin seeds rather than taking zinc tablets.
The only exception is vitamin D. This year I decided to take vitamin D to really strengthen my body. However, I will only do it in winter because in summer there is no shortage of sun in the South of France.
I chose some vitamin D without any animal product from the website Bionutrics.
