I admire how she always raises the bar of her fitness routine. She has amazing smoothies with so many different ingredients. The smoothie and salad presented in her video are super charged in protein because she’s doing weight lifting at the moment. Very inspiring as always, thank you Cara.
A great salad dressing
To accompany my lamb’s lettuce, let’s create together a rich and healthy dressing made of: soaked goji berries and their soaking sweet water, soaked pine nuts, soaked pumpkins seeds, parsley, ½ lemon, rinsed fresh wakame seaweed, pepper, turmeric, ginger, garlic, onion. Let’s add sprouted quinoa (soak for about 5 hours and let it sprout for about a night) to the salad.
