Today I have the pleasure of answering Fatima’s question who asks me how I cook my vegetables and my sardines. Indeed, very recently, I have incorporated a little bit of cooked food into my diet. I had been eating sardines for several years. Additionally, I now end my meal with a nice plate of cooked vegetables.
My sardines are canned, but of course fresh sardines would be ideal. My vegetables are cut into small pieces and cooked with bay leaves and a little water in a sauté pan over medium heat. A few years ago I used a Marion vitalizer and I recommend it to you to gently steam your food my friend my sister.
