What? Do you go to bed at 8 p.m.? Alright, while you are recovering from the shock, let me explain my approach my friend my sister. When someone asks me what superfood they could take to fight fatigue, I’m always tempted to go back to basics beforehand.
Clearly, a tired body is a body that doesn’t get enough sleep, or poor quality sleep. To the point: we need to sleep to repair and regenerate our body temple.
Each person has their own path in life. Personally, I have slept 5 hours a night for years and been under severe stress for several years. So yes I proudly go to bed at 8 p.m. at the same time as my children.
It allows me to get up at 5 a.m. almost like a charm.
Don’t waste your money on superfoods if you don’t get enough sleep. First you fix yourself. You use the night to strengthen yourself. Then you can take maca or rosemary which are tonics (if possible not coffee which makes the body acidic), but that will be just a little extra.
