As promised my friend my sister, here is my recipe for powdered agar-agar seaweed. Agar-agar is a plantbased and natural gelling agent.
I started by making a liter of milk with water, hemp seeds, spices and dates. Then I brought it to the boil with a teaspoon of agar-agar powder.
I poured it into yoghurt pots with raspberries at the bottom. After a few hours, it was ready and delicious!
