A tasty smoothie for glowing skin

When our interior is clean, it is immediately visible on the complexion and softness of the skin.

In this smoothie there are red fruits, rice bran powder, vegetable protein powder (Sunwarrior or other), ginger, overnight soaked flax seeds and bananas.

Rice bran is incredible for beautiful skin. It contains soluble fiber, tocotrienols, vitamin E, antioxidants, magnesium and lots more.

The soaked flax seeds become gelatinous and allow the intestine to be gently brushed of its impurities.
