Reducing eye strain
This morning in the live stream, I started by giving you the link to F Lux again because it’s a great app to reduce eye strain.
We also tackled the issue of staying calm and centered in troubled times. Sticking to a routine, meditation and nourishing foods help a lot. Exercise is of paramount importance too to keep a sharp mind and discernment.
Today’s recipe is chia seeds in water with He Shou Wu, Shatavari, raw chocolate powder, carob and barley grass. Add mulberries and fresh pomegranates seeds.
