Delicious recipe with leeks pomegranates lettuce

Once the leeks have cooled down, I mix them with lettuce and fresh pomegranates.

I cook my leeks in good water (not tap water). At the end of the cooking, I add cumin (from Place des Epices) and sea salt. I enjoy this good broth.
