So this little recipe is for you my friend my sister: raw squash put in an S-blade mixer, with walnuts (soaked overnight), red onions (very good for strengthening the body from the inside) and a very tasty and intense mint (I’m not sure how it’s called in English, do you know?).

On top, I added fresh pomegranate to make this raw dish sweet and savory. I also used tamari and apple cider vinegar but you may prefer sea salt and lemon juice.

All my recipes are improvisations that give me a peachy feeling and I hope they will give you ideas in the kitchen my friend my sister.
