Flaxseeds should be used in moderate amounts to take advantage of their innumerable benefits. Flaxseeds are rich in phosphorus, excellent for the thyroid, full of phytoestrogens that help with menopause or postmenopause, good for the blood and a valuable antioxidant.
How to use flax seeds?
I suggest two ways to use flax seeds and I invite you to share the way you use them my friend my sister. The first one is to soak the seeds overnight and drink the soaking water. The seeds alone can be incorporated in raw or cooked dishes. The second way to use the flax seeds is to grind them in a coffee grinder or blender and then store them in the fridge in a glass (or plastic) jar. The powder can be sprinkled easily on all your dishes.
