I discovered the Koro online store thanks to you my friend my sister, when I had launched an appeal because I could no longer order on RawLiving.

Koro is all about quality and reasonable prices, no fuss, no brand names. Koro offers raw and healthy food that can be stored for a long time. I’m giving you the prices for 2021, but of course they will be subject to change.

So I ordered on Koro organic azuki beans (2 kg for 7,50 euros), organic coral lentils (2 kg for 8 euros), organic split yellow lentils (2 kg for 8,5 euros), organic chickpeas (2 kg for 8 euros), organic polenta (2 kg for 5 euros), organic hemp protein (500 g for 6 euros), organic lupin protein (500 g for 5 euros), organic pea protein (500 g for 9 euros), organic rice protein (500 g for 8,50 euros), organic peanut puree (500 g for 5,50 euros), organic white quinoa (2 kg for 12 euros), organic hazelnut puree (500 g for 10 euros) , Medjool dates (1 kg for 12,50 euros) and green curry paste (320 g for 6 euros).

A special point concerning the Organic Nettle Powder (500 g for 9 euros). At one time, I used to buy it at the Herboristerie de Paris (when I lived in Paris) at 10 euros per 100 g. Even better? Make it yourself. A few weeks ago, I went with a friend to harvest wild nettles in the forest. I used my share as juice (see the video “Unexpected green juice“) and my friend, who has more space than I do at home, dried her share on racks and then ground them into powder with an S-blade blender.
