Let’s start by using a very good product from KoRo (the review is on the blog: “Unboxing KoRo healthy and sustainable food order” ): it is the hazelnut butter, a tablespoon of 100% organic hazelnuts of course. Hazelnuts beautify our skin with vitamin E and calm our nervous system with magnesium. I add another ingredient: rice protein powder, two level tablespoons. Rice protein has a very sweet and pleasant taste and is often much better tolerated than soy or pea protein. Today I present you a raw recipe, but you can use it in cakes my friend my sister. So we only have two ingredients and water! The rest is just options.
I like raw chocolate so I use that too, but you can substitute it with carob. According to French expert Marie-Sophie L of l’Instant Cru which I love, the cocoa flavors are enhanced by a little bit of sea salt so I add that too.
