For our last day, I end on a positive note, feeling so empowered after eight days of daily meditation. I went deeper today with the French language meditation by psychiatrist Christophe André. Take care of yourself and add some meditation to your daily routine. As always, the secret is consistency my friend, my sister.
Today I used a French language meditation by psychiatrist Christophe André. It is a guided meditation series in mp3 format. It starts with being aware of our breath, then of the sounds around us, of our painful emotions and of our happiness. I will repeat these guided meditations. I am convinced that the more we do it, the better it is.
Today my friend, my sister, I used and I highly recommend the Meditation for Anxiety by “Yoga With Adriene”. It is very calming and has a good breathing exercise, where we hold our breath and breathe at the count of her voice.
Today, I used the same youtube video by Teal Swan called Spirit Guide Meditation by Teal Swan and I went even deeper into the visualisation. Teal Swan invites us to describe our own spirit guide in our mind. Mine was a nice dark-haired man, who put into my hand a beautiful golden heart and whispered “I am there with you“. What was yours like?
