Third and last day of my #fast - Spring fast 2018 series Ep. 3

On this last day of fasting, I woke up feeling dizzy and weak. I rested during the morning. A glass of water with a tiny bit of celtic sea salt helped me a lot, and so did the yinyin yoga sequence by Adriene. It is indeed a very slow and gentle practice, perfect when we fast.

On the afternoon, I made the effort to go to the Asian supermarket to buy nine fresh coconuts. I open one and leave the water inside because I am adding probiotics in powder form inside. Tomorrow, I will drink it and enjoy the beneficial bacterias which will have developed. Indeed, tomorrow is my transition day between fasting and eating normally so I must be extra cautious. The aim to to introduce food into my body very slowly.

Tonight before goign to bed, I took deux capsules of enzymes, which I buy from RawLiving.

I am starting a three-day fast with much joy. I want to purify my body and lighten my spirit. Fasting is such a help to cleanse the colon and removes the toxins, which will want to go out of the body faster when we stop eating.
