To eat or not before working out?
Honestly, it would have seemed crazy to me to work out without eating first before I practiced intermittent fasting. Now that I’m used to starting eating late in the morning, it feels natural to practice fitness and yoga around 6am without having breakfast beforehand. Please consult your doctor first before making the switch my friend my sister.
A question from my friend Késoued
Here is the site of the artist Késoued who asked me this morning how long it took me to achieve the headstand on my head and forearms. The answer is: very quickly! I learned it in yoga class and within less than a year I was doing it easily, first on a wall then on my own and everywhere (on the beach, in the kitchen …). Now my challenge is to do it on the hands only. And I want to achieve the middle split 😉
I thank Rose Nature for her question on the difficulty, sometimes, of making new friends. How to have trust in new people? Maybe by not giving everything from the start and by listening to your body: do I feel good inside when I’m with this person or not? We can choose to be friend with someone very gradually, giving trust in small doses as the person proves by their actions that they are worthy of it.
