Whenever I experience so much sadness that it is as if my whole body is in pain, I look for one part of my body which is pain free.
Very often, I choose one finger. I feel how in this one finger, no pain is present.
This exercise can be done on a more subtle way.
What is good and positive in your life? However small, if you can find one little good thing in your life, focus on it. Let it be a support to feel better about yourself.
Let it grow as you focus on it. Let it be the starting point to a better life. Pain does not last my friend my sister. You deserve happiness and joy. Hang in there. Blessings.
