1 cup of soaked almonds, about 1/2 cup of water, 1 spoon of raw chocolate powder, 1 spoon of maca powder (I buy them on Raw Living) and 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon make a delicious cream my friend my sister.

It inspires me to make a video about knowing your worth as a woman in very practical terms (negotiating your pay, asking for a raise and so on). In the meantime, I have over 30 videos in the Money category of the blog, notably a great book review “Book review Think and Grow Rich by Napoleon Hill from Mitch Horowitz”.

After seven years of diligently doing a morning yoga every thanks to the great channel Yoga With Adriene, I’ve upped my yoga game with the advanced yoga videos by Boho Beautiful.


I discovered Hitomi Mochizuki recently and I really loved her video entitled “How I Evolved Spiritually | My Entire Journey (with footage)”.


The recipe of the day that we did together during the live my friend my sister is diced red peppers, grated zucchinis with a dressing made of 1 teaspoon of raw peanut butter, 1 tablespoon of tamari, lemon juice, nutritional yeast, fresh ginger, turmeric, garlic, onion and pumpkin seeds on the top. My favorite videos to work out in the morning are Pamela Reif and Chloe Ting for abs, booty and arms exercise. Then for a deep stretch and yoga daily routine, I love Yoga With Adriene and Boho Beautiful.

The amazing blue smoothie is made of 2 bananas, 5 drops of vanilla stevia, 2 cups of almond milk, 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of blue spirulina from Raw Living.

What is the thing you like the most in yourself my friend my sister? Nothing? Find it now! It can be something physical or a quality you possess.

Focus on it and let it be your motivation to practice self care on a regular basis.

For me, my almost green eyes are new. They are the result of cleaning my life, my diet, my relationships and my body. I cherish them as the reminder that all this hard work was worth it. So I continue. Every morning I observe a routine of self care with joy.
