Getting rid of insecurities (no time for that baby)

We talked about insecurities this morning during the French live my friend my sister. I have a video for you about it entitled “Here’s a quick way to let go of your imperfections.

Body and mind (where the magic lies)

I mentioned how I noticed that working on my mind helped my body, for instance by doing guided meditations. I love the meditations of Boho Beautiful. Working on my body sometimes means cleaning my second brain, aka the intestines. There is a very strong link between the gut and the emotions. I noticed it very strongly during my last colonics session: “How to free your heart or between the brain and the second brain”. I also shared about the anti parasite cleanse by Markus Rothkranz that I did twice and loved it: “How to use the Parasite Free product from Markus Rothkranz? antiparasite anticandida.

Salad dressing (raw of course)

Lastly, the raw recipe of the day for my grated cucumbers, zucchinis and butternut squash is: cashews or raw peanut butter, rosemary, nutritional yeast, garlic, onion, ginger, turmeric, fresh and sundried tomatoes, tamari, lemon.

Practicing yoga at home

Part of my life has been changed thanks to Yoga With Adriene because her videos are great for beginners. You never get bored. I have practiced them for 7 years now.

I feel it’s now time to up my game with the advanced yoga videos by Boho Beautiful. Am doing a split practice of 30 minutes every evening now, together with a morning yoga video. I change my morning yoga video every day. 

To eat or not before working out?

Honestly, it would have seemed crazy to me to work out without eating first before I practiced intermittent fasting. Now that I’m used to starting eating late in the morning, it feels natural to practice fitness and yoga around 6am without having breakfast beforehand. Please consult your doctor first before making the switch my friend my sister.

A question from my friend Késoued

Here is the site of the artist Késoued who asked me this morning how long it took me to achieve the headstand on my head and forearms. The answer is: very quickly! I learned it in yoga class and within less than a year I was doing it easily, first on a wall then on my own and everywhere (on the beach, in the kitchen …). Now my challenge is to do it on the hands only. And I want to achieve the middle split 😉

Making new friends

I thank Rose Nature for her question on the difficulty, sometimes, of making new friends. How to have trust in new people? Maybe by not giving everything from the start and by listening to your body: do I feel good inside when I’m with this person or not? We can choose to be friend with someone very gradually, giving trust in small doses as the person proves by their actions that they are worthy of it.

Resources for vegans

My daughter discovered a man who makes cool recipes without milk nor meat avantgardevegan and which prove that there are plenty of men who take care of themselves.

My daughter also wants to share her recipe with you: oatmeal, banana, cranberries or crushed pistachios or chocolate chips. Mix it all up. Shape small circles on a plate. Add a few drops of lemon and put in the fridge overnight without covering. The next day, the texture will be perfect and taste delicious.

No one is above others

The intellectual capacities of people with years of schooling and multiple diplomas have no relation to their level of integrity. So no insecurities about it. We have personal power and values. Let’s not give trust to someone just because they went to school for longer than  others.
