My friend, my sister, the pranayama or alternate nostrils breathing technique allowed me to relax in the most stressful situations. I used it during my exams at university, at the office (in the loo so no one can see) and at home. All is need is a safe quiet place and a few minutes. The pranayama breathing enables us to relax our mind and appease our heart, especially when our emotions feel overwhelming.
